Hayim came into real estate with a seasoned financial and corporate background, armed with exceptional analytical and negotiating skills that greatly benefit his clients. He held positions at top firms like PricewaterhouseCoopers and Capital Markets, and more recently as a Corporate Strategist responsible for marketing, sales, product development, and brokering multiple deals for a multi-national. Yet his strongest suit and deepest passion are educating clients on the market and helping people achieve their goals. Invaluable savviness with data, technology, strategy, and number-crunching is complemented by his genuine love for being of service.

Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, Hayim is a Downtown Manhattan resident since 1995 and an owner of condos in both Chelsea and the West Village. He graduated magna cum laude with a BS from Georgetown School of Business and earned an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business. Hayim is multilingual in English, Turkish, Italian, Spanish, and French, an avid skier, and a cooking enthusiast.
